We're willing to bet you're here to get better. You're a leader or an aspiring leader and you're on that long path of continued development. You strive to be great. You want to be thoughtful. You really (REALLY) don't want to make a big mistake. But you will. We all do. And, when you do, it will be time to apologize. "I'm sorry." That phrase alone can be pretty damn powerful.
