Forget the social media posts that glorify overworking to the point of exhaustion (I JUST CAN'T!). There is no gold star for burnout. No one throws you a parade or a pity party. The truth is, burnout leads to serious mental, emotional, and physical stress. Get structure. Get focus. Find harmony. And, do yourself a favor... take some time off! Rebounding from burnout (or avoiding it altogether) is not impossible, but you'll have to work at it (oh great. more work).
